Cooking class at Tra Que Vegetable Village
Visit a local family restaurant and meet family members. They will teach you how to prepare different Vietnamese dishes (such as banh xeo crispy pancakes, fried spring rolls, banana flower salad or papaya salad, specialty rolls of the village called ‘tam huu’) and sure, you have a hands-on experience. Learn about ingredients, ways of cooking and insights of Vietnamese culinary culture from local chef.

Travelers need to wear clothings that airpits, knees and navel are covered, to express the respect to the gods. Because of requiring walking many, a good pair of shows is necessary (waterproof one if in rainy season). Sun glasses, sun cream, hat/cap, mosquito repellent and rain poncho are what should be in the bag as well.
