The guide will be in the hotel reception at 8 a.m. Then, the drivers will ride to all attractions mentioned in the itinerary. Travelers can request to drop off at any place in the centre of Da Nang and Hoi An when the tour ends. A small fee of transfer is charged if travelers stay in Son Tra peninsula or South Hoi An.

Linh Ung Pagoda Son Tra Peninsula
Located atop a hill by the coast of Son Tra Peninsula, this is the largest Buddhist temple in Da Nang. Overlooking the city beachfront, its grandeur Buddha shrines are surrounded by bonsai gardens dotted with sculptures. For locals, it’s sacred equally to two older Linh Ung pagoda. There are many monkeys from the nature reserve nearby coming here for food handed out from tourists.

Lady Buddha
Rising up to 67 meters from the ground, the Lady Buddha Da Nang is the tallest of its kind in Vietnam. She faces the city to shelter the citizens from disasters and patronizes fishermans. Sculpted by hands of the Non Nuoc marble village’s artisans, it houses a Buddha shrine on each floor inside.

Marble Mountains & Stone Carving Village
Around the top of Marble Mountains, the visitors will see Da Nang’s oldest Buddhist temples, grandest grottoes, holiest shrines to local people, pretty outlooks and heritage trees. A viewpoint where all mountains are in sight is included in the trekking. In the surrounding, 400-years-old Non Nuoc marble village is proud of its traditional sculpture carving. One of the largest statue galleries is recommended, providing many opportunities for photography. The Giant Lady Buddha was sculpted by artisans here.

Museum of cham Sculpture
One-fifth of 2,000 sculptures found across former Champa Kingdom’s lands are now preserved in this important museum. Many of which are brought from special places, such as My Son Sanctuary – the holy land, Tra Kieu – first capital or Dong Duong – South-east Asian largest Buddhist monastery at its time. While touring around, visitors will learn a lot about a new civilization and marvel at very precious artworks. Not far away, the Dragon Bridge is in top 30 of the most unique bridges of the world.

Hoi An Old Town Walking Tour
By the Thu Bon River, Hoi An is the best-preserved trading town in South-east Asia. Thrived between 15th and 19th centuries, this international hub of commerce drew foreign merchants coming to trade whose nationality were Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese and more. Lost its important role in the end of the nineteenth century, architectural heritages and culture of local inhabitants in Hoi An today are still unchanged. Besides places included by the entrance ticket*, the guide also recommends other highlights to allow travelers to know different slices of the town. There are lots of opportunities to photograph, taste local street foods and buy souvenirs while wandering around lantern-lit streets.

This is the largest outdoor visual art performance in Vietnam, with a participation of around 500 actors and actresses. During an hour, the audience will catch up in flexible dancings, good songs, musics, lights, and the stories. The show is a part of the Hoi An Impression Theme Park, 1km walk from Hoi An central market.

There are many Buddhist sites in the day, such as the Marble Mountains, Lady Buddha, therefore travelers need to wear respectively. Particularly, just ensure that the clothings cover airmpits, knees and navel. Due to walking a lot, it’s needed to prepare a good pair of shoes also. Sun cream, sun glasses, hat/cap and rain poncho (rainy season only) are what travelers should put in the bag.
